My Dearest Supporters,

I don't really know how to begin this letter. Obviously my mind is still trying to process the following information that I received this morning. Apparently, on November the 8th, The U.S. Magistrate that presided over my resent hearing of september the 28th-30th, handed down his horrible ruling.

It seems that bad luck has continued to haunt me from the Texas courts. The Judge has ruled agianst both my issues, and has also denied our request to stay and abate the case on the" newly" discovered evidence. The testimony of cookie, where she herself had told the prosecuter and the grandjury that her husband, ( Carter) had told her that, the reason he had given My name was because, he was being pressured into given another name.

The judge handed down a 20 page order dening relief.. We are now seeking an extention of time before filing an objection to the judges ruling. I am simply astounded!!!! I'm still in shock as I write you this letter. I know that It's not over, for we still have other avenues to take to get relief, but it's just heartbreaking that this injustice is still continuing.

If for some reason someone writes to me and you don't get an immediate respond, don't worry, I am fine; I just need to pick myself back up and get back into the fight again, because the fight must continue.
